The "DAC-OBE-7" is an electrode for measuring insulating materials such as insulating paper and film, based on the JIS standard (C2111) for testing the dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent. It is primarily used as an option for the "Electrical Insulating Materials C & tanδ Measuring Instrument" manufactured by Soken Electric.
